    Sustaining your energy levels is tough whether you are competing in extreme sports or dealing with the 3 Essential M Review   o'clock energy crash at the office.Those of us who sit at desks all day usually turn to coffee and a sugary snack to get us through the afternoon, but that isn't always the best way to stay energized, and it certainly isn't practical if you're racing along a BMX trail.

    Coffee - or more correctly, the caffeine in it - will perk you up in the short term, but let's you down just as fast and too much of it can leave you jittery. It's also addictive. If you are accustomed to drinking 3-4 cups of coffee every day, and then you suddenly stop, you will go through withdrawal that includes headaches and irritability, just like with any other drug.Sugary snacks are also not going to help you sustain energy. A quick burst and then a sharp crash is no way to spend your afternoon.
